200 Light Pushdowns: 100 Straight Bar 100 with Bands
#2 XTRA CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS
5 sets of 10-15 reps
#3 LOW CABLE V-BAR OVERHEAD PRESS
5 sets of 10-15 reps
TIPS 4 SWOLENESS
PUSHDOWNS
- Control the band / bar on the way back up
- Big squeeze/contraction at the bottom
- Try to do in as few sets as possible
CLOSE-GRIP BENCH
- Hands grip should be inside the bar knurling
- More focused on pump work, so this should look close to a 3/4 rep
LOW CABLE V-BAR OVERHEAD PRESS
- Use V-bar attachment on the low pulley
- Do these from the seated position
- Big stretch behind the head
